One of the self-employed agency brands is now offering access to the Goodlord lettings platform to agents who sign up.

eXp UK claims this will add significant value to lettings agents who choose to build their brand with the company.

Goodlord already has a client portfolio of over 3,000 agency brands, and a tech offering that has seen investment to the tune of £54m.

It offers a range of services to letting agents, generating contracts, finalising references, collecting rent, offering utility and other deals to tenants, and hosting webinars to assist letting agents keep across regulatory changes. It also operates open banking and HMRC integration, allowing agents to manage properties and fulfil compliance obligations.

Head of eXp UK, Adam Day, comments: “Goodlord is a name that has become synonymous with the streamlining of the lettings process and we believe that the ability to offer access to the Goodlord platform, free of charge, is a significant step forward for the eXp brand when it comes to our value proposition for lettings agents within the UK rental market.”
