Zoopla has signed up a lettings agency group that has 14 brands and over 60,000 properties under management.

Lomond’s business includes brands KFH, DJ Alexander, John Shepherd, Linley & Simpson, Brand Vaughan, Thornley Groves, Miles & Barr and Charters.

The Zoopla deal will see all its stock and those from future acquisitions feature on the portal.

Alex Rose, sales director at Zoopla says: “We’re delighted that such an ambitious brand has chosen to continue and expand its partnership with Zoopla. We’re looking forward to continuing to deliver exceptional ROI for the Lomond Group, including delivering more motivated movers for them,  and working closely together to help them drive innovation and achieve their goals for 2025 and beyond.”

And Ed Phillips, group chief executive at The Lomond Group adds:“Lomond have our eyes firmly set on growth in 2025, both through our ambitious M&A programme, but also through investment in organic market share growth across our existing regions. We’re excited to list properties on Zoopla across our network, for the opportunity it represents for both our clients and in turn helping us to achieve our business goals.”
