Connells Group says it’s now managing over 125,500 lettings properties and is delivering profits before tax of over £60 million.

It describes this as “a solid increase in profitability …. outstanding results that reflect its growing position in the property market.”

Over 10% of all UK house listings were handled by Connells Group in 2024, with nearly 80,000 property exchanges facilitated.

The lettings side of the business now manages over 125,500 properties while nearly 550,000 survey and valuation jobs were handled, “reinforcing Connells Group’s leadership in the property services sector” it boasts.

Helen Charlesworth, chief executive, says in a statementL “2024 has been an exceptional year for Connells Group. We have seen impressive growth, both in market share and business performance, and it’s all thanks to the hard work, talent, and dedication of our colleagues.
