Alto Software Group, best known for its provision of agency CRMs, has beefed up its top table.

A statement says: “The leadership team is committed to delivering faster software updates, deepening integrations, and investing heavily in AI-powered features—all designed to make estate agents’ everyday tasks simpler and saving them more time and effort.”

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson steps in as chief executive; Derek O’Carroll joins as ‘executive chair’; and Nick Shaw takes on the role of chief revenue officer.

ASG – which describes itself as “the number one player for CRM in estate agencies” – is now operating as an independent division within Houseful.

The company says the management shake up allows it to ramp up product development for its best known product Alto, and ensure agents benefit from smarter integrations, AI-powered functionality, and top-tier customer support.

Alto Software Group is also expanding its partnerships, pledging “seamless integrations with the tools agents already rely on, while exploring new embedded solutions to enhance their CRM capabilities.”

Iannucci-Dawson says: “Agents are under more pressure than ever. They don’t need gimmicks — they need software that actually improves their daily operations and helps them sell faster. That’s exactly what we’re delivering.

“Expect a more dynamic, customer-focused Alto. With Derek and Nick on board, we have the leadership in place to sharpen our focus on the fundamentals — saving agents time, making their day-to-day easier, and ensuring Alto is the most valuable tool in their business.

Alto made over 100 product updates in 2024, including AI-powered property valuation reports, enhanced mobile functionality, expanded API capabilities, automatic void management, a new referrals platform, and upgraded sales progression tools.
