Lead generation service The ValPal Network has launched an integration with lettings, property management and sales CRM provider, Rex Software.

Rex supplies over 10,000 agents across the world.

TVPN director Craig Vile – who describes the integration as a move that will streamline services for agents – says: “We want to work with as many CRM providers as possible, providing a seamless service that is better for agents and better for clients.

“We’re always looking at ways to make life easier for agents and provide solutions to what we can see are ‘pain points’ in their operations. This partnership has happened smoothly and quickly. The result will be that agents can capture high-quality leads more efficiently in future.”

Rebecca Greatorex, key account and strategic partnership manager at Rex, adds: “We’re passionate about empowering agents with smart, time-saving tools, and this collaboration ensures that leads from ValPal flow effortlessly into your CRM platform.

This will significantly streamline the lead registration and applicant management process, allowing agents to spend less time on admin and more time building relationships and closing deals.”

The news comes just weeks after TVPN announced the launch of its AI-driven ValPal Pro that provides automated qualification of in-bound portal leads and cuts ‘speed-to-lead’ times to under 10 seconds.

This latest partnership enables their mutual customers to access and work on ValPal leads without leaving Rex platform.

ValPal is a product of Angels Media, publisher of Letting Agent Today and other property industry titles.
