Distribution of the Rentman software application used by lettings agents is changing in May.

The previous distributor – Rentman Software Ltd – ends the service on May 15 and from the next day distribution will be managed by dotGomm, owned by Rentman’s creator, Nigel Gomm.

“Our intent is to enhance customer care and strengthen our engagement with the industry at large” says Gomm.

The web portal Rentman Online offers dedicated versions for tenants, landlords, contractors, and negotiators, allowing them to access tasks, appointments, safety certificates, and other features.

Users receive online training videos along with 30-minute tailored sessions to support their workflows. The company says it will also provide monthly webinars, new features, legislative updates and what it calls “productivity hacks.”

An enhanced version is being developed for multi-branch agencies wishing to integrate the product with their own cloud platforms.
