eXp Realty has agreed a deal with Rightmove International to boost exposure of for sale stock across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The deal will see all of eXp’s properties listed for sale across the EMEA region advertised on Rightmove International.

Government figures show that 79,000 Brits headed to buy a home abroad last year and almost 300,000 currently reside in Spain alone – one of the largest expat communities after Australia, the US and Canada.

Head of eXp UK and Europe, Adam Day, comments: “Rightmove has become a dominant force within the property portal space, not just in the UK,  but on a global scale and it’s one of the most trusted names for buyers in search of their next property.

“This includes British buyers, who form a significant level of market activity across a large number of eXp’s global regions, particularly the likes of Spain, France and Dubai.

“Whilst eXp clients already benefit from the global connectivity of eXp’s worldwide agent community, our partnership with Rightmove International will only provide more value to our proposition, allowing our agents to access an even greater pool of potential buyers when bringing homes to market.”
