Agency claims AI ‘photographs’ show properties with furniture style

Regional agency chain Arun Estates has launched an AI Virtual Staging tool to help buyers and renters visualise the full potential of a home.

With AI Virtual Staging, owners can instantly transform their spaces by decluttering, redecorating and staging rooms using artificial photography, in four distinct styles; Farmhouse, Contemporary, Modern and Luxury.

Arun claims this is “ensuring every home will appeal to a broad spectrum of potential buyers. Whether a room needs a slightly cleaner look or a full makeover, Arun’s AI Virtual Staging provides a seamless and cost-effective solution to enhance property listings.”

“First impressions really matter, and AI Virtual Staging allows buyers to see the true potential of a home in an instant” says Arun marketing chief Luke Salmon.

“By making spaces more visually appealing, we will attract much more interest … leading to increased enquiries and a higher chance of receiving an offer.”
