Worcester’s first Build To Rent development, Sherriff’s Gate, will be unveiled this week in a series of online and live viewings.

Agency Nicol & Co is inviting the public to view the development, recently acquired by Nara Living.

Matt Nicol, managing director of the agency, says: “There are 105 apartments available to rent from £850 per calendar month, and 108 to buy from £155,000 in a quality development which is set to redefine city living.“

James Gwynne, lettings manager at the agency, adds: “Residents will be able to enjoy a host of on-site amenities, including secure keyless entry, co-working lounges within the rental block, bike storage, and pet-friendly living.

“An on-site property manager and maintenance team will provide peace of mind every day.”

Sherriff’s Gate is located at the gateway to Worcester City Centre, a short walk from local amenities and next to Shrub Hill Station for 30-minute access into Birmingham. It’s also within walking distance of Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

Nicol & Co. will be holding a livestream on Thursday and holding viewings on Friday and Saturday for lettings.

Potential purchasers will be able to see Sherriff’s Gate for themselves at an Open Day next Saturday.
