Agent-focused AML platform launches

Lettspay – which already uses Integra Property Services for its PR – has now announced a training partnership with the firm.

It’s offering discounted money laundering regulation training run by Integra’s Mike Day.

Lettspay commercial director Matt Gibbard says: “With the new sanctions reporting requirements under The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 coming into play for all letting agents from May 14 we felt it was an opportune time to offer discounted access to first class Money Laundering training for Lettspay customers and clients.”

Day adds: “It’s a requirement for agents to train their staff on all aspects of Money Laundering compliance and I am delighted to be working with Lettspay who, as a leading client accounting platform have to ensure that their clients and customers are meeting requirements.”

The next courses are on May 28 and June 25.

Agents interested in attending are advised to contact Lettspay.
