John D Wood & Co has appointed a new lettings regional director for central London.

Jared Kilgarriff has been recruited to the role, bringing 23 years of experience in lettings.

Prior to joining the business, he was a partner at Knight Frank, where he managed the South Bank region and before this, he was a director at Kensington-based Mountgrange Heritage, where he successfully grew the business and guided the lettings team to beat targets each year since taking over.

Polly Ogden Duffy, managing director at John D Wood & Co, said: “Jared’s wealth of experience in the new build market and his work with overseas landlords, as well as his dedication to providing exceptional client care, makes him the ideal candidate to lead this pivotal part of our business. We are excited to welcome Jared as he brings not only deep expertise but also a clear vision to propel our Central London offices forward and further fortify our Prime Central London (PCL) offering.”

Jared Kilgarriff added: “I am thrilled to join John D Wood & Co. and to have the opportunity to shape and expand our lettings operations in Prime Central London. The strong reputation of the brand has long impressed me, and I look forward to continuing to increase market share. It is an incredibly exciting time to be part of PCL – 2025 is well and truly picking up pace and I am eager to hit the ground running.”
