Knight Frank has bolstered its lettings teams across its South West and North, City & East London regions, appointing new Lettings Managers.

Hannah Reason moves in to its Islington office, Robert Lerner in Hampstead and Julia Slack in Battersea & Riverside.

In their new roles, they will be tasked with leading their teams and building the firm’s market share in their respective areas.

Reason returns to Knight Frank after four years. Throughout her career she has worked across various London markets, from South West to Central. During her time working for Savills in Clerkenwell she was celebrated as top performer outside of Super Prime, after which she became Acting Head of Department in Mayfair.

She says: “I am thrilled to be returning to work with the talented Islington team, it presents an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team in a wonderfully vibrant location.”

Lerner has worked in the North London market since his career began in 2013. During his time at Savills he advanced from Junior Negotiator to become a high performing Prime and Super Prime Negotiator and finally Assistant Manager in Hampstead. He specialised in areas such as Hampstead, Belsize Park, Highgate and St. John’s Wood.

He says of his new role: “I am delighted to join Knight Frank and be a part of the world-renowned brand with a strong reputation for providing high class service as property partners. Joining this team combined with returning to Hampstead— an area which I am very passionate about, with over 10 years’ experience in— presents a fantastic opportunity. I look forward to building on our strong presence here.”

Slack began her property career in 2016 as a Roaming Negotiator across Prime Central London, before focusing predominately on Fulham and Chelsea for five years. She was one of the fastest promoted managers during this time, reaching Senior Lettings Manager before her move to Knight Frank.

And she says: “I am excited to take over an office that has already seen such great results, and work alongside this talented and experienced team. Living in Battersea, I’ve come to appreciate the area’s vibrant mix of amenities, alongside its blend of modern developments and period homes. It’s clear why interest and appeal in the area continue to grow. I look forward to working collaboratively with the team to drive even greater success.”
