Your Move and Reeds Rains have relaunched online accounts enabling customers to track lettings 24/7.

The upgraded online accounts can be installed on customers’ phones to function just like an App.

This service is available free of charge to all Your Move and Reeds Rains franchise partners and customers.

Landlords will receive statement notifications, property maintenance and tenancy updates.

The “contact us” section helps landlords reach the right person quickly. Tenants also benefit with the ability to view and raise maintenance issues from their mobile.

Louise Hudson, Marketing Director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, says: “Excellent communication with customers about the progress of a sale or let is vital to delivering first class service.

“Being able to see that progress on their mobile phones at any time, and receiving an alert when there has been a significant development gives Your Move and Reeds Rains customers great service and is another great reason to choose Your Move or Reeds Rains to sell or let your property.”

“Customer online accounts are an important part of a comprehensive digital universe that is part of our standard Marketing service to our franchise partners.

“It starts with fully optimised branded websites and includes email marketing, a digital presentation and conversion platform and an extensive selection of digital marketing content and expertise.”
