A webinar being staged for agents next week will suggest that there are revenue streams to emerge from the Renters Rights Bill.

The Bill returns to the House of Lords today and next week deposit alternative service flatfair is hosting a webinar for agents seeking to protect and grow their revenue streams in the face of the legislation.

Flatfair sales and partnerships director Emma Parsons will be joined by David Smith, head of dispute resolution at JMW Solicitors LLP.

Aspects of the Bill under discussion include the abolition of Section 21 (so-called ‘no fault) evictions, the ending of assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs), and the introduction of the Decent Homes Standard – changes which are designed to improve tenant rights when the Bill becomes law later this year.

“Letting agents are already seeing increased administrative demands as compliance obligations grow” says flatfair chief executive Gary Wright.

“Our goal is to provide time-saving, revenue-generating tools that simplify processes and deliver peace of mind for both landlords and tenants.”

The webinar, which is free to landlords and letting agents, will include a live Q&A, offering attendees the chance to put their questions directly to the experts.
