X1 Sales & Lettings has been instructed as the new managing agent for a rebranded large Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme.

Formerly known as ‘The Exchange’ and now rebranded as ‘X1 The Platform’, the scheme offers 486 student bed spaces in central Liverpool.

An X1 Sales & Lettings spokesperson says: “We are delighted to bring X1’s experience and commitment to X1 The Platform. Our focus will be on delivering an outstanding living experience, fostering a sense of community, and providing high-quality support throughout residents’ time with us. Liverpool is an exceptional city for students, and we’re proud to contribute to making their experience here the best it can be.”
