Cricket legend David Gower is to address agents at the next edition of the Zoopla Property Pitch series.

It’s happening at the Kia Oval, London’s iconic cricket ground, on June 19.

Attendee agents can expect to hear more about Zoopla’s Vision for 2025 from chief operating officer Rich Hayes, as well as Richard Donnell, executive director, who will explore market trends

This will be followed by a panel chaired by Zoopla chief executive Paul Whitehead, who will discuss the market outlook for London with Rob Perrins, chief executive of Berkeley Group; and Tim Hyatt, head of UK residential at Knight Frank.

To conclude the evening there will be an exclusive keynote with England cricket legend David Gower OBE followed by a rooftop drinks reception and networking overlooking one of the country’s most iconic cricket grounds.

The portal claims feedback from agents attending earlier editions has been overwhelmingly positive.

Zoopla’s marketing cites David Veisfish, director at Mishkan Estates, comments: “I had the pleasure of joining Zoopla at The Property Pitch Roadshow at Emirates Old Trafford, and what a setting. Glorious sunshine, a buzzing room full of like-minded professionals, and the cricket pitch as a backdrop. Couldn’t ask for better.

“The panel was full of solid, practical insights, and every speaker brought something fresh to the table.”
