Your Move has opened its latest lettings and sales branch, Your Move Breckon Woodley in Solihull.

The branch extends Your Move’s operations across the West Midlands to serve landlords and tenants and marks what the firm calls “a significant personal milestone” for franchisee Kitty Woodley.

Having previously worked in dentistry, Woodley moved into agency after having children.

Your Move quotes Woodley as saying: “After extensive research and considering going it alone and setting up as an independent, I contacted Your Move and it was clear that franchising was the way forward. To be a part of one of UK’s biggest estate agency brands really boosted my confidence, knowing I’d have extensive business development and coaching support behind me to turn my passion into a career.”

The agency division in LSL was previously a mix of ‘owned’ network branches run centrally by LSL, along with some franchised offices. Two years ago all branches became independently owned and operated franchise businesses.

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has 10 brands within its portfolio – Your Move, Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Davis Tate, Goodfellows, JNP, Lawlors, Thomas Morris, Hawes & Co, and Frosts.

Lee Carratt of LSL Estate Agency Franchising says:  “It’s exciting to see Kitty’s passions coming to life as we welcome her to the Your Move network. Kitty’s experience in the sector and drive to succeed in the industry, makes for an exciting addition to the Shirley property market. We can’t wait to support Kitty in this next step in her career and look forward to helping her grow professionally, through our training and development, as well as helping to grow her business.

“Customers at Your Move Breckon Woodley can expect exceptional customer service, as well as best in class property marketing and access to online accounts to keep track of sales, purchases and lettings in realtime.”
