Deposit alternative product Reposit will now be offered to residents at 12 Build to Rent sites following deals with two separate BTR providers.

Both ila and Bricklane residents can now access an alternative to the traditional five-week cash deposit.

Ila will offer the product at eight sites across Birmingham, London, Sheffield, Manchester, and Liverpool, covering over 3,500 units in total, while Bricklane will provide it at approximately four locations in the South and Southwest regions.

Gurman Bains, sales team lead of Reposit, says:“Our FCA-regulated product has become the go-to choice for operators looking to reduce administrative burdens, maximise occupancy, and uphold strict compliance standards. This approach not only benefits operators but also improves the rental experience for residents, fostering a more accessible and efficient rental market.”
