Strutt & Parker and its parent company BNP Paribas Real Estate have relocated their Cambridge branch to a complex called Brooklands.

They will occupy 1,700 square feet and signifies what a statement calls ”a strategic step for the firm, aligning with its ambition to create future-ready workspaces for its staff and clients, while anchoring its presence in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities for science, tech, and innovation.”

BNP Paribas Real Estate has made several other strategic upgrades to its UK portfolio recently including its HQ to its group Marylebone campus; its City office to a newly fitted out floor at Aldermanbury Square, its West End office to Savile Row, and its Glasgow office to the city’s Bothwell Street. It says “a number of its Strutt & Parker offices” have also moved.

Dan Scott, Head of Cambridge at Strutt & Parker and BNP Paribas Real Estate, says: “Our move to Brooklands represents a new chapter for the Cambridge team. This is not just about taking new space, it’s about creating an inspiring and high-performing environment for our people and clients, at the heart of one of Europe’s most exciting innovation ecosystems. The quality of design, access to outdoor space and emphasis on sustainability makes Brooklands the ideal home for our next phase of growth.”

Etienne Prongué, chief executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, adds: “Following our recent investment in our Bristol office, our move to Brooklands underlines our long-term commitment to a regional model that reflects the way our people want to work. Cambridge is a globally important location for knowledge-led business, and Brooklands provides the kind of amenity-rich, sustainable workplace that enables our teams to thrive while supporting our clients with deep local market expertise.”
