Two high profile PropTech players have announced a strategic integration.

Street.co.uk and Goodlord claim the partnership will help agents manage lettings with greater ease, accuracy, and efficiency as data can be shared between the platforms.

When tenancy and property data is pulled from Street.co.uk into Goodlord it can be progressed and then automatically synced back, creating what the players call “a closed-loop system that keeps everything accurate and up to date.”

“Agents need tools that talk to each other. This integration does exactly that – creating a streamlined, end-to-end lettings process across the systems agents already use and trust. We’re removing friction from the day-to-day and helping agents deliver a faster, more professional experience for their clients,” said Heather Staff of Street Group.

Goldenrod’s Group commercial director Costas Frangeskou adds: “Our joint customers can now manage every aspect of their operation, from winning new landlords to collecting and paying out rent, and everything in between. Knowing we’re both supporting them with compliance and an overall reduction in running costs will empower them to focus on gaining market share.”

The companies suggest the integration comes at a crucial time with growing compliance demands and new legislation on the horizon.

They claim that hundreds of agencies have already joined the integration waitlist ahead of launch.
