Lettings firm bags management of flats in holiday home haven

A block of 31 luxury apartments aimed at the over 55s is to be managed by Principle Estate Management.

It’s won the contract to manage Saxon Heights, built in 1997 and located in an elevated position overlooking Brixham town centre.

The new contract has been awarded by a large corporate freeholder who Principle have acted for since 2018.

Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, says this takes the firm’s portfolio to over 22,000 units at some 450 developments across the UK.

“This is the latest contract win for Principle in the south-west and comes because of our proven success at managing large schemes across the country. We are now looking forward to working with residents closely to ensure that we make a real difference to their daily lives.”
