Deposit alternative service flatfair says its inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 marks its commitment to build “a dynamic, inclusive and empowering workplace.”

Flatfair joined lettings agencies Connells and Lomond in the league table. 

“flatfair’s recognition in this prestigious list underlines a culture that values openness, shared success and meaningful impact – not just for our team but also for the landlords, tenants and industry partners who support us every day,” says chief executive Gary Wright.

The judging was conduction across six elementsReward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing and Job Satisfaction.

Wright adds: “We’re proud to be working alongside such forward-thinking partners in the lettings and Build To Rent space. They share our passion for innovation and integrity – and together, we’re reimagining what renting can look like in the UK.”
