New London lettings manager revealed by another high-profile firm

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) London is pleased has announced a new lettings manager for its rapidly expanding London team.

Stella Krizanec joins as lettings chief for BHHS’ Hyde Park and Bayswater office, having previously worked at Foxtons. A statement says she has “deep knowledge built in the Marylebone and Hyde Park markets” and is “perfectly positioned to drive BHHS’ lettings presence across the W2 postcode.”

In addition Camilla Goodfellow joins as BHHS associate director running sales across both Hyde Park and Marylebone. She spent three years at Marsh & Parsons prior to joining Foxtons. The statement claims that “her strategic vision and deep understanding of high-value markets make her an invaluable asset to the leadership team.”

And Sami Ounzar – who dedicated over seven years to Foxtons South Kensington office – steps into the role of sales manager at BHHS’s Sloane Avenue office. He will cover the high value neighbourhoods of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington South Kensington.
