A complex of flats for rent in Liverpool’s so-called Fabric District has completed with 43% already reserved or occupied.

The Milliners Yard development on the site of a former textiles warehouse on London Road, has provided 258 energy efficient homes with a mix of 144 one-bedroom apartments, 99 two-bedders and 15 studios.

There is also access to a communal garden, residents lounge, co-working space, fully equipped gym, underground parking and bike store, and 24-hour concierge service as well as a ninth-floor rooftop garden affording panoramic views of Liverpool.

Milliners Yard is also pet friendly and hosts regular residents’ social events to encourage neighbours to get to know each other.

The scheme is a joint venture development by Home Group and Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

Indea Curtis at Allsop Letting & Management, which is managing the complex, says: “We are delighted to mark the completion of this important regeneration project in the heart of the Fabric District.  Liverpool’s answer the London’s Shoreditch has undergone an exciting renaissance and is becoming a popular place to live for young professionals due to its thriving indie arts, social and shopping scene. Milliners Yard really embraces that scene with an equally independent lifestyle choice.”
