Burnley-based Sycamore Property has clinched its second acquisition of the year – and says it is on the look-out for more.
It’s snapped up Winnard Brown Group Ltd for an undisclosed sum in a deal negotiated by Julie Drake of Adam J Walker and Associates.
Winnard Property Group will now be managed by new director Ryan McCormack, who brings over 35 years of experience and expertise to the company.
Sycamore Property opened in 2003 and specialises in lettings across east Lancashire.
It recently acquired Falcon & Foxglove in Burnley, and now says that in the North West looking to sell should make contact.
