Reapit is the latest PropTech supplier to create an an AI-powered assistant designed to help agents work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Yesterday Nurtur launched a product which it described as “a sophisticated Conversational AI product designed to transform client engagement and operational efficiency for agents.”

Now Reapit says its Reapit AI (RAI) will be embedded deeply into the Reapit platform, providing agents with a digital coworker that automates time-consuming tasks and delivers insights and communication in the agency’s unique brand voice. It is designed to deliver “end-to-end value”.

Reapit AI will encompass millions of property records, transactions, communications, and workflows across the UK.

“AI is only as effective as the data it learns from” says Matt McGown, chief product officer at Reapit. “RAI is powered by the real operational history of estate agencies, not scraped web data. That makes it more relevant, more personal, and far more powerful from day one.”

Reapit AI’s first release, to be launched early in 2026, will include:

• Predictive lead scoring and automated follow-ups for sales teams

• Maintenance workflow automation for property managers

• ‘Listing Concierge’ for sales agents managing the collection of data and imagery for vendors

• Enhanced AI-generated property descriptions aligned with the agency’s tone and style

• Real-time insights and recommendations based on user behaviour and live CRM data

Reapit is already working closely with a pilot group of agencies to refine RAI ahead of launch, ensuring the assistant is purpose-built for the real-world needs of agents, property managers, and business owners.

“Where some vendors are adding AI as a bolt-on, we are embedding it deeply, so it works where our customers already work” adds McGown. “It’s the difference between AI that’s clever and AI that delivers tangible outcomes for our agents. RAI is built to deliver measurable outcomes, with agents in full control.”

Unlike off-the-shelf AI engines that learn from anyone and serve everyone, RAI operates within each customer’s private, secure data environment. No customer data is shared across businesses, and Reapit is not training RAI on client conversations to create a homogenised messaging engine.
