Spicerhaart has appointed the former chief operating officer of a property investment firm to lead expansion of its lettings programme.
Lee Ashley will be responsible for significantly growing the number of lettings Aadvisers across the business by a third, leading the Spicerhaart Partnership Programme, and supporting future acquisitions.
Ashley was COO of IP Global nd also has 15 years experience at Countrywide, where he managed various lettings operations.
“Spicerhaart has really ambitious expansion plans and isn’t afraid to invest to make them happen. I’m excited about shaping the future of the business. Coming back to the High Street model was also really attractive for me” explains Ashley.
Commenting on the firm’s Training Academy Centre in Colchester, he adds: “The Academy facilities are brilliant. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and it means our new advisors can hit the ground running and start delivering results immediately.”
Lettings managing director Satwant Basi describes the appointment as “a gamechanger.”
