A trainer wants ‘expressions of interest’ from agents who may be interested in a one day course where they ‘pay what they can afford’.

Toby Martin says the event – to last a day and to be held on a date to be confirmed in Bristol – aims to help agents grow their business through creativity, innovation, and a fresh approach to marketing.”

And he claims the ‘pay what you ca’ concept makes it accessible to agents at all levels, regardless of their training budget.

“Great ideas and potential aren’t reserved for people with big job titles or deep pockets” says Martin. “I want to work with the agents who are eager to learn and grow—whether they’re running the business or just getting started.”

Attendance in Bristol will be capped at 30 with the event focusing on:

  • Using video in unexpected and effective ways to win business;
  • Smart, everyday uses of AI that make agents faster and sharper;
  • Creative customer journey ideas that stand out;
  • Fresh thinking on marketing and business growth.

Martin adds: “This isn’t going to be a typical training day. No dry lectures. No death by PowerPoint. Just a room full of forward-thinking agents, creative ideas, and a touch of alchemy.”
