Your Move is beefing up its campaign to recruit more agents to its franchise operation.

The agency brand is part of LSL Estate Agency Franchising and recently launched a ‘Freedom to Lead, Power to Grow’ campaign, ddesigned to encourage existing independent agents to convert to a Your Move franchise.

A statement from the brand says the initiative comes at the right time for many agents with rising costs and more complex lettings legislation on the horizon.

It says franchisees are allowed to run their business their way “under the supportive, nationwide Your Move umbrella, with further LSL foundations such as central services.”

It also claims converted branches “will get a substantial cash investment” along with the opportunity to work with LSL’s Assisted Acquisitions team if future acquisitions are proposed.

Louise Hudson, marketing director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, says: “We understand that business owners have worked hard to build their business and brand, but there are some really key benefits to switching to Your Move. Not only do you benefit from investment and support, but you would also be part of one of the UK’s biggest estate agency brands.

“With Your Move in particular you really do get the best of both worlds – being part of a 150 strong network of branches, and the option to sub brand to become Your Move Nolan Throw – just one example. ‘Freedom to Lead, Power to Grow’ emphasises this, and we’re keen to get that message out there”
