A division of national property agency LRG – previously known as Leaders Romans Group – has launched 21 new Build To Rent apartments in Kent.

The Ardent Wharf scheme in Chatham marks the third phase of the Medway Waterfront regeneration project.

The new flats include one and two-bedroom units, available either furnished or unfurnished, many of which feature private balconies and river or park views. The properties have open-plan layouts, integrated appliances, contemporary fittings, and access to private landscaped gardens. Residents also have bicycle storage, a co-working space, and use of the on-site resident car club.

Justine Edmonds, head of Build To Rent at LRG, comments: “We’re thrilled to be continuing our successful partnership with Medway Development Company to bring even more high-quality rental homes to Chatham, a town that continues to shine as one of the South East’s most exciting regeneration areas. The outstanding success of [earlier scheme] Pioneer Wharf reflects the growing demand for modern, professionally managed homes, and we’re proud to be building on that strong foundation.

“With Ardent Wharf now available, we’re excited to unveil the next phase of brilliance at Chatham Waterfront, delivering exceptional living experiences through beautifully designed homes that raise the bar for local rental living.”

Lettings are being handled by LRG’s Build to Rent team at the Medway Marketing Suite.
