High profile London agency Anthony Pepe has acquired Stonehouse Estates, an independent based in Tufnell Park, North London.
The acquisition means an increase for Anthony Pepe’s lettings and management portfolio.
The acquisition also sees the retirement of owner Tony Michaels; all other staff members will remain in place and join the Anthony Pepe Group.
This strategic move expands the Anthony Pepe network to six offices, strengthening its footprint in the Tufnell Park, Islington, Archway, and Camden borders.
Stonehouse Estates will continue to operate under its brand, which has operated since 1999.
A statement from the company says the
announcement comes “at a time of sustained growth and success for the group, following several recent industry award wins and strong market activity across its network.”
Charlie Perdios, chief executive officer at Anthony Pepe, comments: “I’m delighted to welcome the Stonehouse Estates team into the Anthony Pepe family. Tony has built a business with a strong reputation for professionalism and care, and we’re honoured to continue that legacy.
“We’ll be investing in people, marketing, and technology to support the team and enhance the service provided to local clients.
“We remain committed to growth and anticipate announcing further acquisitions in the near future.”
Tony Michaels, former owner of Stonehouse Estates, adds: “Finding the right people to carry the business forward was incredibly important to me.
“I’m confident that Charlie and the team at Anthony Pepe share the values we’ve stood by for over two decades. I know our clients and staff will benefit from fresh energy, experience, and a wider network of support.”
