Fine & Country is opened a new office in Dorset over the weekend – with a Royal connection.

It’s in Poundbury, the suburb of Dorchester which has for many years hosted developments led by the Duchy of Cornwall, with the keen endorsement of King Charles III when he was Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall.

With an existing presence in Portland and Swanage, the new office will strengthen Fine & Country’s presence in the region.

Shay McNulty, Head of Sales for Fine & Country South Dorset, says: “By combining our local experience with the international branding and marketing power of Fine & Country, we’re confident in filling a gap in the upper quartile of the market here in South Dorset. The region offers a broad demographic and property range,” said McNulty. “From characterful seaside terraces to large, detached manor-style homes, country estates, and elegant townhouses, there’s truly something for everyone.

“Joining an international brand gives us enormous scope for growth personally, professionally, and for the business. We’re excited to bring our modern marketing approach, strong communication, and traditional service ethos to a wider, more premium audience.”

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director of Fine & Country, adds: ”With such a diverse and dynamic territory, we are confident they will bring exceptional service to clients across the region and further elevate the Fine & Country brand.”
