A major city lettings agency has named a new operations director.

Kristian Davies, who has been with Dawsons for a decade, has been promoted to the role. 

Formed in 1991, Dawsons is Swansea’s largest Independent agency and has five dedicated lettings offices in Swansea centre, Mumbles, Morriston, Llanelli town centre and Swansea Marina. It also has eight sales branches at Swansea, Mumbles, Morriston, Sketty, Killay, Gorseinon, Llanelli Town Centre and Swansea Marina. 

Davies says: “I’ve been fortunate to be part of the Dawsons journey for more than a decade, and I’m genuinely excited to take this next step.

“This role allows me to support our lettings teams more widely, build on the strong foundations already in place, and help shape the next phase of our lettings offering. I’m surrounded by passionate people who care deeply about what they do, and that makes this such a rewarding place to grow.”

In addition to the new role Davies will continue to lead the firm’s Mumbles lettings branch.
