LSL franchise brand Reeds Rains has opened a branch in Romford, following some months operating virtually.

Franchise director Gurneet Walia is heading the branch listing properties across both sales and lettings.

He says: “I’m incredibly proud to open the Romford branch ahead of schedule. Starting virtually gave us a great platform to connect with customers and build trust. Now, with our new high-street presence, we’re even better positioned to serve the local market.”

Kate Ashley Ives, Franchise Director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, adds: “We are delighted to see the Romford branch open earlier than scheduled, it’s an exciting demonstration of the strength of our franchise model. The branch is modern, inviting, and truly reflects the quality we strive for in our network. It’s also a testament to Gurneet and his team, whose energy and professionalism have already made a strong impression in the community.

“This opening forms an important part of our broader strategy to grow the Reeds Rains franchise footprint across the UK. We’re confident that the physical presence will be a great success.”
