High profile Northern Irish agency the CPS Property Group has welcomed Donnybrook Estate Agents to the company.

Established in 1997, Donnybrook Estate Agents operated in the Derry/Londonderry property market. A statement says the new partnership marks a major milestone in CPS Property’s strategic growth.

With branches now spanning Belfast, Armagh, Portadown, Derry/Londonderry, Monaghan, Dungannon, Enniskillen, and an overseas office in Marbella, CPS Property offers not just lettings and sales but consultancy for investors and developers too.

Donnybrook spokesperson Stephen McCarron says: “I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved at Donnybrook over the years, and I’m excited about the opportunities that joining CPS Property will create for our clients. This partnership means broader reach, more resources, and even greater potential for growth. I look forward to continuing to work with our valued clients while welcoming new ones to the CPS family.

“I’d also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my business partner and wife, Ciara, whose dedication has been instrumental in Donnybrook’s success. I’m delighted that she will continue to serve our clients in her new role as New Homes Co‑ordinator, delivering the same passion and care she is known for.”

Art O’Hagan, managing director of CPS Property NI, adds: “We are thrilled to welcome Donnybrook Estate Agents into the CPS Group. Stephen and Ciara have built a trusted brand in the Northwest, and their experience and commitment align perfectly with our values. This is a win for our clients and a step forward for our vision of providing a truly NI-wide service.”
