Fine & Country has launched its latest UK licence at Weybridge in Surrey.

It’s led by Cornelia Parchment-Horn and the brand describes the Weybridge market as “attracting a sophisticated and international demographic” – particularly relocating Americans and other overseas professionals thanks to its proximity to Heathrow.

“Having lived in Weybridge, I’ve experienced firsthand what makes this area exceptional,” says Parchment-Horn, who was previously a licensed real estate agent in the US.

“The combination of prestigious estates like St. George’s Hill, excellent connectivity to London in just under 30 minutes, outstanding schools, and the beautiful Thames riverside lifestyle creates a unique appeal.”

She continues: “I chose Fine & Country because the brand’s international reputation and marketing excellence align perfectly with Weybridge’s sophisticated market.”
