Hundreds of millions in commission delivered to agents by TVPN

Lead generation service The ValPal Network (TVPN) claims its flagship online valuation tool has helped deliver £305m in commission for agents in the first half of 2025.

Some 95,000 people who used ValPal in H1 2025 went on to instruct an agent. Based on the average UK property price of £269,000 and a typical 1.42% fee, this equates to an average commission of £3,819.80 per instruction.

TVPN director Craig Vile says: “Mortgage indicators suggest activity will only increase and with our AI-driven ValPal Pro, we’re ensuring agents won’t just capture leads, but automatically nurture them into instructions as the market accelerates.

“The latest lending data shows buyer confidence returning, particularly among first-time buyers.

“This is exactly where our tools deliver the most value – helping agents respond instantly to online demand and stay front of mind as more movers come into the market.”

ValPal Pro builds on the success of the original tool with AI-driven voice, SMS and email technology to follow up leads automatically and Angels Media – the firm behind TVPN – says there are further developments in the pipeline with AI-powered WhatsApp to be included shortly.

It adds that with some 45% of valuation requests arriving outside of office hours, the platform enables agents to respond immediately, even during evenings and weekends, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
