New AI optimisation service for letting agents launched

GeoCale, a leading Google business optimisation specialist, has launched a new AI optimisation service which enables agents’ websites to be found by ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Apple Maps, Bing and voice search such as Siri and Alexa.

As consumers increasingly turn to ChatGPT, other AI search platforms and voice search to find local estate and letting agents, businesses  will face the challenge of making themselves as visible as possible.

Compounding this is the launch last month of Google’s ‘AI mode’, which generates AI-driven answers that are significantly impacted by information gathered from Google Business Profiles, rather than returning links.

This change on Google is already causing headaches for businesses who haven’t yet adopted an AI and Google Business Profile optimisation strategy, and also those who invest in Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising to generate traffic.

GeoCale’s AI optimisation solution has been designed to align business profiles with how AI models identify and recommend local service providers.  Once implemented, agents’ sites will be found by ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Apple Maps and Bing, ensuring that GeoCale’s clients are more discoverable in all types of search.

Ben Marley, Founder of GeoCale said: “If a homeowner with a property to sell or let asks Siri or ChatGPT, ‘Who’s the best agent near me?’, the answer matters – GeoCale makes sure it’s you.

Delighted with the results

“Most agencies are still only thinking about SEO content, but there’s an entire digital battlefield including Apple Maps, Bing, ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, where visibility is crucial.

“While large brands have internal marketing teams, independent agents are often left to compete with limited digital expertise and budgets.  GeoCale levels the playing field and ensures that agents aren’t left behind as the digital environment quickly evolves.

“We started working on this upgrade months ago when we first knew the change to AI-generated results would be coming to Google.  We’re delighted with the results that our customers who’ve already implemented it are seeing, and very pleased to be able to offer a straightforward and affordable solution to what has quickly become a major issue for agents.”

Prices start at £299 + VAT per month per office for essential Google optimisation services, with AI and voice search optimisation an additional £200 + VAT per month per office, as an upgrade on the essential service plan.  The service is offered on an exclusive ‘one agent per town’ basis, on a 12-month contract.
