Women in Estate Agency expands leadership training offer

Women in Estate Agency is extending its leadership training offer.

Supported by Rightmove, its next programme – The Importance of a Commercially Aware Leader – takes place in London on October 21.

A statement from WiEA says: Whether you’re aiming for promotion to a leadership role, already managing a team, running your own business – or dreaming of doing so – or simply want to deepen your understanding of how to run a successful residential property business, this is the course for you.

The session is tailored to help you build commercial awareness, strategic confidence, and the leadership mindset needed to thrive in today’s property landscape.”

The one-day workshop breaks down key business concepts – including profit and loss, budgeting, and KPIs – in what it calls “a relatable, judgement-free environment.”

Rather than focus on theory, the session is packed with strategies participants can put into practice straight away.

Clare Yates, WiEA Training Leader, adds: “We’ve built this session to be practical, uplifting and real. We don’t want women to feel like they’re on the back foot in financial conversations – we want them at the table, making decisions, shaping strategy and leading change.”

The cost is £100 for a full day.
