New cyber-security warning as letting agents are “prime targets”

A new ‘AI Playbook’ has been launched to help letting agents adopt artificial intelligence to speed up their business.

It offers AI prompts and quick-start checklists which the creators claim can improve agents’ service without compromising trust or accountability, plus practical guidance to help review and refine AI-generated content.

Specifically it guides on how to write property descriptions, how to identify and prioritise the best leads, resppond quickly and accurately to enquiries, analyse data and market trends, and pro-actively manage follow-ups.

The playbook is from Reapit and also explores the different types of AI models and implementation strategies on the market and explains the contrast between AI and automation.

Neil Cobbold, Reapit’s commercial director, explains: “This playbook is for agents who want to harness AI to grow their business using AI tools within their CRM and those available on the market. The eBook is a combination of our AI insights and practical tips, to speed up agency operations and set agents up for AI-enabled success. Agents can get started in minutes and start saving hours across their daily tasks.”

The playbook also highlights Reapit’s upcoming AI assistant, Reapit AI (RAI), which is due to launch in 2026. RAI will be built directly into the Reapit platform and securely trained on each agency’s own data..
