The Fine & Country Foundation has opened its Autumn Grant Programme 2025, offering funding to charities both in the UK and overseas.
Since its inception in 2014, it has championed organisations tackling homelessness and poverty.
Each charity is nominated by a local Fine & Country location, helping to strengthen the connection between agents and the causes that matter most in their communities. Grants of up to £3,000 are awarded to support projects delivering essential services, long-term care, and vital resources to those most in need.
The Spring 2025 Grant Programme saw 29 charities receive a total of £50,572. Recipients included Habitat for Humanity GB, The Amber Foundation, YMCA Fairthorne Group, Cocoon Care Aftercare, and many more, providing funding for projects such as community shelters, food banks, mental health services, and family support programmes.
Orly Waugh, grants coordinator at Save the Family, highlights the practical impact of the Spring funding: “This grant will ensure that every family we support will be greeted with a safe, welcoming home, equipped with essential items such as bedding, toiletries, kettles and toasters. This allows families, including those fleeing domestic violence, to focus on building resilience and aspiration for the future, free from the worries associated with their homelessness.”
Applying for an Autumn Grant involves Fine & Country agents completing a short nomination form for their chosen charity.
Applications for the 2025 Autumn Grant Programme will be accepted until October 31. Then the foundation board will review applications and select successful projects to receive funding.
