Deposit alternative service Reposit is to be made available to more Build To Rent and CoLiving sites.

Thanks to a strategic partnership residents at VervLife’s sites across the UK will have the option to choose Reposit or the traditional five-week upfront cash deposit.

Reposit says that for BTR operators, this eases the barrier for residents taking up units, whilst providing up to eight weeks of protection against unpaid rent and property damage. Reposit also claims to streamline administrative processes at the start and end of tenancy.

Kalan Ledger, partnership sales associate at Reposit, says: “Our partnership with VervLife marks another significant step in expanding our presence within the BTR sector, where demand for flexible deposit solutions continues to grow.  Operators are turning to our FCA-regulated solution to gain a competitive edge by simplifying administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, boosting occupancy and increasing their cover.”

And Johan Wiehman-Larter, head of strategic operations at VervLife, adds: “Delivering the best possible value for our residents is our priority. Reposit encourages flexible renting, and we’re proud to partner with them to enhance the resident experience across our homes.”
