Independent agency launches new lettings division

An independent agency in the West Midlands has launched a lettings division.

The six-year-old agency Julie Philpot Residential has announced the decision with Julie Philpot herself – with 35 years experience in business – saying: “The lettings service has been in the planning for around 12 months, and we are really excited to get it going. We want to provide the same standard of service, from an independent, owner-led business that we have done on the sales side of things. It is all about expanding on that ethos.”

She continues: “Our lettings will follow the same boutique approach where it is very much quality over quantity. It will follow the same principles as our sales side, being a more boutique service.

“… We will offer a Premium and Fully Managed service, a Letting and Rent Collection Service as well as Let Only. We want to tailor the service to our clients needs.”
