The Guild of Property Professionals is launching a marketing initiative to try to make members stand out from the crowd.

Available in three options, the marketing packs combine printed and digital media and include professional photography, detailed floor plans, drone footage and video contents.

There’s also what the Guild calls “a comprehensive social media campaign tool.”

Properties marketed through this service receive a dedicated page in The Guild’s new UK-wide property magazine, Residence, which the trade group calls “ideal for the higher end of the market.”

“The Guild Marketing Packs are more than just marketing assets, they are a way for our Members to demonstrate their expertise, build stronger client relationships, and showcase why they are different from competitors,” says Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie.

“In today’s market, it’s not just about listing a property, it’s about creating impact, attracting the right buyers, and proving value. These packs give our Members the edge they need.”

Users can order, customise, and track their marketing activities through the Guild members’ hub.
