Eccord, a prime central London property search and property management firm, has appointed a former Chestertons lettings expert as senior rental specialist.

Catriona Mackay brings almost a decade of lettings experience, much of it in the prime London market.

In her new role she will work with the landlords of its 150 properties under management, to prepare properties for rent and secure tenants – plus guiding landlords through the introduction of the Renters Rights Bill.

Mackay herself says: “Eccord has an outstanding reputation in London’s prime and super prime sectors. What really sets it apart is the depth of its client relationships and its genuinely bespoke approach. I’m delighted to be joining the team and look forward to helping our landlords successfully navigate current market conditions and the evolving regulatory landscape.”

Meanwhile company founder Jo Eccles adds: “Our landlords value high calibre tenants and exceptional service above all else. Catriona’s proven expertise in prime lettings and her understanding of expectations at this level make her a natural fit for Eccord. Her appointment reflects our continued investment in our team as we strengthen our position as one of London’s leading boutique property management firms.”
