The UK’s biggest celebration of property service excellence took place over the weekend as The ESTAS Awards 2025 brought together over 1,100 of the industry’s finest to recognise the people and firms delivering outstanding service.
Now in its 22nd year, the ESTAS are powered purely by verified customer reviews at the end of the property transaction. This year’s event, hosted as always by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer, spotlighted estate agents, letting agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers and suppliers who have gone above and beyond to deliver truly outstanding customer care.
“These awards aren’t about quantity, they’re about quality” says Spencer. “Every single finalist here today has been reviewed and rated by the people who really matter, their clients. That’s what makes an ESTAS trophy a true mark of trust.”
2025 Grand Prix Gold Winners
The top honours at this year’s awards went to firms who’ve turned client satisfaction into standout reputations:
- Best Estate Agent Office in the UK: The Property Centre, Cheltenham — a back-to-back win.
- Best Letting Agent Office for Landlords: Base Property Specialists — returning to the top spot for the first time since 2016.
- Best Letting Agent Office for Tenants: Home Finders Swindon — a first-time win and landmark achievement.
- Best Conveyancer Office in the UK: Montpellier Legal, Cheltenham
- Best Mortgage Broker Office in the UK: Staton Mortgages, Nottinghamshire
- Supplier of the Year: Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland
The 2025 awards also recognised hundreds of winners across County, Regional and National Group categories, alongside specialist trophies for collaboration and individual achievement.
