Buyers can view available homes as they pass them, with the app instantly showing internal photos, floor plans, and video tours of nearby properties.

Chestertons’ 44 branches have signed up, accompanied by 14 offices for Chase Buchanan, and the smaller Balgores Property operating primarily in Essex and Kent.

These new partnerships come after recent sign-ups from the TAUK agency and two major housebuilders in Miller Homes & Thakeham.

A spokesperson for The Property DriveBuy says: “Welcoming Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, and Balgores to The Property DriveBuy marks a defining moment in our journey to modernise how people discover homes. These are three of the most dynamic and forward-thinking agencies in the UK, and their decision to join our platform speaks volumes about the future of property search.

“We’re moving away from rigid filters and postcode boxes to a world where buyers can connect with homes as they experience the neighbourhood in real time and on their terms.”
