Savills is set to open its doors to a new residential lettings and sales office serving Lymington and New Forest.

It will build on the existing Savills presence in the area, covering Lymington, along the surrounding coastline and within the New Forest, in areas including Lyndhurst, Milford on Sea, Burley, Barton on Sea, Cadnam, Bramshaw, Beaulieu, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Bransgore, Brockenhurst, New Milton, Romsey and Ringwood.

Steven Moore, residential director at Savills who has 27 years of experience in the area, says: “We are very pleased to be moving into new premises in Lymington. This picturesque seaside town is unsurprisingly a very popular place to live; a major yachting centre with three marinas, the town has a rich maritime history, offering the best of coastal living with the beautiful countryside of the New Forest National Park on its doorstep.

“We already have a strong track record in the area and we are looking forward to building on this from our new office in the heart of the town.”

Luke Brady, head of Savills southern residential region, adds: “We are pleased to now be able to fully service the property needs of local buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in Lymington and the New Forest from our new home. We are looking forward to welcoming friends and clients, both old and new, and becoming a part of the local community.”
