London agency giant Dexters says it will recruit “up to 200” new staff next year.

The agency claims to be the fastest-growing in London with over 2,500 permanent colleagues already and over 180 offices.

It says that since 2017 its Training Academy has helped over 560 achieve the first step in agency with industry specific apprenticeship qualifications and professional development programmes.

Over 400 now have Propertymark certifications and a further 100 are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. And the firm claims it has the most qualified and expert teams across London.

The academy offers fast-track progression to manager and director level, as well as share schemes and high-earning potential.

Dexters chief executive Ash Kashyap says: “At a time when we hear reports that other London agents are cutting staff and slashing training budgets, Dexters is doing the opposite …  Our approach to apprenticeships and internal career development is part of our ‘spend your career with us’ culture, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism within our industry and attracting, retaining and developing the very best talent in the estate agency industry.”

The academy has won accreditation by Ofsted.
