Fine & Country managing director Nicky Stevenson is back at the helm following a period of maternity leave. 

She displaces temporary stand-in Jonathan Handford and says: “I am delighted to be returning to the role and incredibly grateful to Jon for his leadership during my time away. Knowing the business was in such capable hands allowed me to fully focus on my family during this special time.”

Stevenson says she will now continue working closely with F&C chief marketing officer Emilie Despois, chief operating officer Phillipa Legg, and the company’s business development team “to drive the company’s strategic vision forward.”

Meanwhile Spicerhaart has strengthened its leadership team in Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire with the appointment of Alison James as Estate Agency Director for Butters John Bee. She has over three decades of combined conveyancing and estate agency experience. 

She joined Spicerhaart after nearly 16 years with Countrywide, where she progressed from valuer to area manager overseeing six branches across South Cheshire.
